Finding the source of the problem

Here is our line's stats:
DSL Type: G.992.5 annex A
Bandwidth (Up/Down) [kbps/kbps]: 528 / 2.444
Data Transferred (Sent/Received) [kB/kB]: 0,00 / 0,00
Output Power (Up/Down) [dBm]: 12,0 / 18,5
Line Attenuation (Up/Down) [dB]: 18,0 / 35,5
SN Margin (Up/Down) [dB]: 10,0 / 10,0
Pretty bad eh? We should be getting at least 6-8mbps.
Ogero came yesterday and checked our line then went to the phone box and tested it and they told me that there's a problem with the wiring and went.
I want to call the electrician but I don't know what to tell him, I checked my neighbour's line and it's similar to ours. I tried another modem and disconnecting all phones but got same results.
What should I do?

Any help will be apprecited.
